Q. WHAT MEASURES ARE THE DEVELOPERS OF PHILLIPS PARK TAKING
TO PRESERVE AND ENHANCE THE BEAUTY OF THE PROPERTY?

A. PHILLIPS PARK, LLC IS COMMITTED TO PRESERVING HEALTHY AND VITAL TREES,
INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY'S "SIGNATURE" ANCIENT OAK TREE. AND, PER A TREE
MANAGEMENT PLAN WITH THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THE GROUP WILL RESTORE
DISEASED AND DAMAGED LANDSCAPE TO ITS ORIGINAL GRANDEUR BY PHASING-IN
THE PLANTING OF ALMOST THREE SIGNIFICANT TREES FOR EVERY SPECIMEN REMOVED.
AS WELL, ANY RESULTING TIMBER REMOVED FROM THE SITE WILL BE RECYCLED AT
A MILL FOR SUBSEQUENT USAGE AT THE NEW RESIDENCES OUR HOMEOWNERS BUILD
IN ADDITION, HOME SITES HAVE BEEN SITUATED WITH GENEROUS "SET BACKS"
IN ORDER TO MAKE THE HOMES ADJACENT TO PARKLAND AND OTHER
SURROUNDING PROPERTIES INCONSPICUOUS.

Q. WHAT ELSE IS THE DEVELOPER DOING TO BENEFIT THE OVERALL COMMUNITY?
