HORIZON

Horizon's TOTAL TEAM concept is about a depth of staff and structure allows for dedicated,
focused, experts at every level of our project management team‹this means building projects
stay on time, on budget, with the maximum level of communication between architect, builder,
and home owner.

The high level of communication extends from open book bidding, producing preliminary bids for
the architect, to daily to-do-lists for staff and subcontractors‹managed by seasoned, on- site Project Superintendents. Instead of unpleasant surprises at the end of the project, Horizon solves problems

Intrigued by the growing need for a truly original approach to custom homes, Ted Visnic decided to
form a company to specifically meet this niche. Partnering with Mitchell & Best Homes, the capitol area's
most respected production builder, Visnic quickly rooted himself in the market with unique custom home communities, exceptional dwellings and fierce commitment to customer service. Ted Visnic's passion for architectural grace and quality construction continue to infuse every MB Visnic endeavor.

Among Visnic's accomplishments are a plethora of awards. In addition, he Chaired the NAHB Custom
Building Committee and served for six years. He is also a member of the elite Builder 20 Club consisting
of the top 20 custom builders in the nation. This experience and knowledge is put to work for you in
every step of the home creation process.
