DCA
Established in 1982, DCA Landscape Architects, Inc. is an award winning, five-person design firm
providing a full range of landscape architectural services. Based out of Georgetown, our projects
range from small scale urban gardens to large scale master planning and estate design. Four
members of the firm hold accredited degrees in landscape architecture and each offers
extensive experience in both design and project management.
DCA’s designs are site-responsive, tailoring architectural and planting details to the individual needs
or program requirements of our clients and their sites. Our gardens are noted for the strength and
clarity of their design. We combine the elements of hardscape such as walls, terraces, and
pergolas with plantings in innovative ways to create gardens rich in detail and classical elements.
Our designers are recognized for their technical expertise and leadership capabilities in carrying a project
from conception to completion. Many of our projects are the result of our successful collaborative efforts
with other professionals such as architects, engineers, interior designers, artists and craftsmen.
ARENTZ
Arentz Landscape Architects LLC has developed a consistent body of award-winning work based on
the belief that landscape architecture should be timeless, and that place has everything to do with
the character and outcome of a project.
We believe that inspiring surroundings have a positive effect on people's lives, and so we encourage
in-depth, ongoing exchanges with our clients and other members of the design team. Clients frequently
ask us to evaluate a site prior to purchase, and those close collaborations help to ensure that the
design is dynamic, thoughtful, and appropriate.
